Orders placed before 4 PM (PST), Monday-Friday, are shipped the same day, free of charge, with a tracking number. We do not ship on Saturday or Sunday; all orders must be placed before 4 PM on Friday to be shipped the same-day. If you place your order after 4 PM PST, it will ship out the next business day.

If you place an express order on the weekend, it won’t ship until Monday.

If you order internationally, please keep in mind that your government might require additional fees. In our experience, you may not even be charged; we simply ask that if fines or fees are imposed by your government, that you be ready to pay them upon the delivery.
