    Got my 45 day drops Jan. 24th 2021 and by March 9th, 2021 I had lost a total of 32lbs! Its NOT easy but its also doable and after about 3 weeks you get use to eating 500 calories a day and you feel more healthy. I have been in p4 for 5 weeks now and have maintained my weight. I just ordered my 2nd round today and can hardly wait to start up again next week, 40lbs to go!!
