I have only been on this program for one day after the first two of pigging out, and I’ve stuck faithfully to it and lost 4.2 pounds in one day!YAY! This is my second day so I’m looking forward to tomorrow morning as to how much I may have lost from today. The key is probably drinking all the water plus more water! Yesterday I had 15 1/2 cups of water! I measure all my water/drinks and food so I know exactly what is going in my body and I write everything down to keep track. I am NOT hungry even though I’m not eating many calories. Probably because I’m so full on water!lol
