I have used the HCG as instructed since the first of the year. I used it for the 45 days and then took 4 weeks off in between another 45 days on the HCG, etc. I consistently lost weight during the 45 days and then maintained and stabalized my weight during the 4 weeks off session. I recently purchased the Garcinia Cambogia so haven’t had a chance to fully evaluate it, however, I have not been as hungry between meals as I was previously when off the HCG.
