A serious medical condition actually had the doctors telling me that exercise could be detrimental., especially cardio. After being sedentary for the past five years and having had three major surgeries my weight had really gone out of control. I discussed with my GP the HCG drops and eating plan. I did well for awhile, but got back into old habits and gained back and added more. I decided it was time for me to get serious about my health and have been back on the HCG Drops for 7 days and have lost 9 lbs. When I go 2 days without a loss, I do exactly what the literature instructs and it works! I know that this is the best product I have ever tried because I have used it before. I had a problem with my delivery this time, I actually haven’t received my product because UPS claimed that they left it at my front door at 8:43 PM and I have yet to receive it. I filed a claim and the representative for UPS advised me to contact the people I ordered it from. I really believe that the package never was placed at my front door. I wish that it was some other way to get it delivered to the consumer besides UPS. I am very disappointed in them. I want my drops!!!!

I’ve used HCG before, and it works! Every time! The diet may be a bit strict for someone who has poor eating habits and little to no self-control. But when you totally give yourself over to the results (for me after the 3rd day I can see and FEEL the difference), you become committed. After the first 5 days, your body is now craving healthy choices…and you are not binge eating, or have a desire for anything not on your approved food list. It really is amazing, and it all starts with your brain!
