I’ve used this product before and back with it. Planning to do as the proticol says.< Most Important. & maintaince also important. Then you relearn eating and you stay comfortably at your weight you should be at. Love it. Most people get swayed because the low amount of calories. DON'T BE. You load and really do it eating fat food. The product burns outside fat off and so You don't feel hungry and you lose weight at a pleasantly timely enough to keep you on course.

The HCG diet really works, folks, despite what the misinformed media might want you to believe! I am on my 3rd (and final) round, and am already down 10lbs in 6 days. My wife and I started this diet together and I will admit if we did not have the support of each other this diet would be almost impossible for us. My goal is to lose 44 pounds and my wife’s goal is to lose 18 pounds. We are on day 8 of the diet and I’ve lost 12.50 pounds and my wife has lost 10.2 pounds. We both have stayed the course at 500 calories a day and ONLY eaten those allowable foods. The diet works but I will tell you that you need some serious will-power. The cravings for food can be mood altering. The more water you drink the more weight you will lose each day. Do not be discouraged if on one day you have not lost any weight because the next day will reward you with more weight loss than you expected.

The product is totally legit and as long as you follow the rules you WILL lose weight. I will have lost 50 lbs in 10 mths. Could have done it faster but chose to take my time. It has changed my life! I Know what you’re thinking…but how Health did you do it? Well I did it Very healthy. I stuck to the diet, I added a product that is sold as Super Food for the greens, drank lots of water. I experienced a through Detox, and the weight just disappeared. It is important to follow the first two days (when you first start off taking the drops) eat a LOT of junk food….lol! Just Do It!. I’m now after an 8 week break back on the HCG again, going for another 26lbs. It’s a Health, and Effective product that Works….simple as that. LA
