This is by far the best product to purchase on line. I have tried many other brands, none of them worked. I was hungry all the time. This one seems to do the trick, I am not starving all day long, I find it easy to follow the 500 calories diet, and best of all I lost 3 lbs the first day, same on the second and today (day 4)my scale is is showing 10lbs off…
