well my husband and i did the hcg diet plan and it worked pretty nicely. my husband did the 15 day one i think, i did the 90 days. he lost more than 20lbs, which i figured was going to happen [guys lose more], and i lost around 15lbs. only reason why is because i went on and off of it. i just had a baby then and needed to eat at times to stay functional. i did drink soda but it was diet rite and i had to take pills/medicine while on it, and none of it effected it. as long as you do the diet itself [the eating plan] and then when you’re done with the drops/month/phase 1, as long as you stay on the eating plan, you’ll for sure lose a lot of weight and more. having an actual change of menu is what i think matters most. going back and eating junk foods and sodas after you lose that weight, you’ll gain it back. : we’re about to start it up again [it’s been 7 months since] and i have been able to manage keeping my weight around the result from the diet. i lost 45lbs overall since i had my second baby [15 from HCG], my goal is to lose another 45-50lbs and then i’ll be good. This company is LEGIT. I ordered on a Monday, received my product on Tues….as promised. I started on Wed. This is my 4th day total, I’ve lost 3 lbs, even after “piggin’to the max” on the first two days as directed. I have 94 pounds to go, and I plan to lose every one with HCG regimen.
