I have completed 19 full days on Phase two and have lost 18.8 lbs so far. Some things I’ve been amazed about 1) how quickly it is coming off 2) how I’m not hungry-slight tinges here or there 3) How great I feel physically and mood wise 4) energy level is terrific. It is easy to follow since you are limited on what you can eat or drink. But, because the weight comes off quickly, it certainly helps to keep you motivated. I wish I would have done this sooner.
