I wanted to wait to write this review to give a honest post. I decided to do the 45 day plan to get the most out of the product. I will say that it is rather difficult to do 47 days with a 500 calorie intake but if you stick with it, you will get results. I lost 47 lbs in 47 days. I’m sure that more weight lose will follow with the absence of refined sugar and starches in my diet for 28 more days.
