My husband and I have been on the couples HCG diet program for a week now and we are feel great. He is down 18.6lbs. and I am down 10.6lbs. As for inches lost we have lost 2-3 inches off of everywhere. This stuff really works and I would recommend it to anyone who wants to lose weight!!
