This diet is amazing and really works. I’ve always had a tough time sticking to those one pound a week diets. I’m now 3 days into my second round and I’ve lost 4lbs. I lost 30 lbs on the first round of 40 days. When I quit losing, at least a pound every other day, I withdrew from the drops. I waited for 8 weeks before restarting the diet. After I did so well on the drops the first time my husband has joined me for this round. I learned that if you start feeling like you’re depriving yourself, even if you’re not really hungry, eat whatever it is you want most. It seem to tell my mind that I wasn’t depriving myself but making a choice not to eat other foods, it made it much easier for me. I have great energy while on this diet.
