I did the drops from prohcgdiet.com and lost 16 puodns on the diet in 24 days. Its now been 3 months since I did this diet and and I have not gained a pound since I went off of it. I have tried so many diets and this is a diet that I can really say was fun. Its so great to wake up every morning and see how much weight you have lost. My and my mom and sister all took the drops from Pro Hcg Diet which had good instructions and a great menu book too. Some girls from the office did the injections and lost about the same as I did so unless your into pain, get drops!Good Luck!

I have failed at virtually every diet I’ve tried but this one. I don’t know if I can attribute my success solely to the drops but I’m sure that their ability to help me lose weight quickly has gone a long way to encourage me and keep me on track. I now have the strategy I need in case I fall off the wagon and fall back into old habits, but truthfully I don’t think I will have a problem. The weight loss has been up and down depending on how much I tweeked recipes. I’ve learned a lot about my body and how it reacts to food, what foods are my trigger and what foods I need to restrict. I feel more in control than I ever have in my life and that feels great. In total so far I’ve lost 38 pounds in 2 months (2 rounds) and can get into my skinny clothes again.
