My husband and I have been on this diet 3 times. We have always had good results. The first time we tried it for 45 days. That was a bit too long, but we both lost 23 lbs. So the last two times we have just tried the 21 days. We don’t feel hungry and don’t think we are starving ourselves. I no longer have acid reflux. I suffered from indigestion and had to take medicine for that daily. I stopped the medication now and only take it occasionally. The key is to keep the weight off once you stop the drops. That is is the hard part.
