I was surprised how quickly and easily this diet took the weight off. My daughter and I thought we would starve to death on 500 calories but to our pleasant surprise if was easy. We did eat a lot of apples though. We used them to stave off my hunger pains even though they were few and far between. I lost 20 lbs in less than 3 weeks. My daughter lost 22.
