Let me tell you I have tried every weight loss program there is, but HCG is the BEST to date. Since I’ve been on HCG I have lost 30 pounds and will lose another 30 after the 4 week maintenence.(by the way I am NEVER hungray-Woohoooo).So far, I have introduce HCG to 15 of my friends and all are on it or will soon be on the program. I seem to go on this diet about every 3-4 years because when I get 10 lbs over where I want to be I start going on diets, this is the only one that works for me. The other ones will actually put weight on me. Highly recommend it. The first time I used it about 8 years ago I was 35 lbs over weight. I lost 35 lbs now I just use it when I have gain 10lbs

I started the hcg diet oct.23. Sence then I have went from 177.2 to today oct.29th being 166.4. It’s just the beginning, but the results so far have gotten me well on my way to my goal of 135 pounds. I hope everyone is having as much luck on this diet as i am. 🙂
