I just completed my very 1st week on HCG (including the load days) and I have lost 15 pounds!!! I just can’t believe it! Every day fat is melting off! My body shape has changed so much already. This spring I just finished a very expensive 12 week weight loss challenge (I could have bought 10x’s the amount of HCG for the price!) through a local gym. It was 12 weeks of working out at least 2 hours a day (time I did NOT have being a busy mom) with major calorie restrictions. I only lost 13 pounds but did lose some inches. The down side…my legs were so bulked up from lifting it was hard to find jeans to fit my disproportionate thighs! In just one week of using HCG I am amazed at how slimmed down my thighs have become! My sister and some of her friends were on this HCG. I wouldn’t have tried it if I hadn’t seen the loss of weight myself. I just couldn’t lose those pesky 10 pounds I’d been carrying for a while. I bought the 21 day program and I lost 15 pounds. That was in May and I am maintaining. My suggestion is to take the time to prepare your meals. Cook your meats and freeze them. Have your fresh foods on hand for the week. And DRINK YOUR WATER! I am still amazed by this product.
