I have used the product before and met with great success. I rarely feel hungry, even at the end of the 21 days. I was not happy with the email materials as I don’t have a printer so I have to look them up if I need them. Fortunately I kept my book from the last time I orders so I use it instead.

…be prepared to change your eating habits forever if you want to keep it off! This is my second round with HCG. I tried it last year and actually lost 13 pounds in 21 days. I felt great and looked great…at my perfect weight for the first time in 8 years. Yes, it really works and NO, you don’t gain the weight back after the 6 week (3 with drops and 3 with the recommended follow up suggestions)are over. The ONLY reason I slowly gained back is because of my unwillingness to look at my sugar-carb addiction.
