This is my fourth round. Lost 15-20 pounds each round, but put most back on. Why? I neglected having steak days following a 2-lb. gain. Why? The diet is so great, I’d rather do it again. I have very little need for alcohol on the diet. Off diet, about 14 shots a week. On diet, no more than 5. I have four Rx’s, two of which I do not use during the diet. The diet reduces my need for them. At first, I feared, because of age, the drops might not work for me. Wrong!! they work great! I am 78 years old. I drove ambulance for years and know my body. I am at my healthiest while on HCG. Support is fantastic.

If you think there is no hope for change…you are wrong! Do to diabetes and sickness, I recently made a decision to melt this fat away. No, it is never easy, but the drops absolutely are helping. Am I faithfully to the plan? Mostly, kinda hard with grandkids in the house with the foods they like, and I still can’t shake my desire for fried foods…but I’m still losing! This last regimen I started at 301 and now I’m at 283 and still chopping away… Thx Official HCG, for your help… I’ll check back later… God Bless.

I was skeptical at first more so because I am just greedy and did not think drops would suppress my appetite. I was slightly hungry within the first three days but it was not unbearable. Today is my 6th day on the vlcd and im down 10 pounds. I loaded for the three days but only took the drops on the 3rd day of loading because I didn’t know I had to take them while loading. I am very pleased thus far. I am doing the 45 day, plan to take a month break and complete another 45 day round. Im curious to see the progress as the week goes on!
