For the last few years I have been battling knee pain due to my cartilage wearing thin in my joints at the ripe age of 36. Day to day walking is painful so trying to exercise is out of the question as much I would like to. I have undergone numerous steroid injections, therapy, a knee brace and next a gel injection to try and bandaid my pain because doctors hate to do a total knee replacement at my age. Back in March of this year…I weighed 225 lbs. I am 5’2 and 50 years old…losing weight is hard. I have been heavy for over 20 years. I did a 7 week program with the drops and lost a whopping 35 lbs,and in the next 4 weeks after the diet, I lost another 15. I stay between 175 and 180!!! have been for weeks now!!
