I lost 35 pounds in 6 weeks and 6 months later I still am maintaining my weight without taking anything. The diet is a little tough the first couple of days but you then see the weight loss and it becomes easier. You soon begin to feel like you are eating plenty and the hunger goes away. I highly recommend the diet it REALLY works. I never felt bad or weak two thumbs up from me.

Although I have a couple of friends who have had great success with HCG, I was very skeptical. IÊ»ve always had a hard time with diets and sticking to it.
