I have tried every diet ever invented and taken every pill without success. I decided to try the Official Hcg Diet because it is made in an FDA Lab in America and it was not overly expensive. I lost 30 pounds in 30 days. I went from busting out of 18s to almost a 14. I do work out 5 days a week, but because I could see the weight loss EVERYDAY, I was motivated. On the days, I work out I eat a whole baked chicken breast for supper so I have the energy. I look like a different person. I have decided to continue the diet from 30 days to 45 days. My husband is a doctor and searched all the medical sites available to him and could not find any evidence that Hcg hurts you in anyway. There have been studies using injectable Hcg, but none on oral. My main concern is keeping it off, but now I don’t feel hungry and have developed a habit of working out. I joined the gym and dieted starting Aug. 1 and Weighed Oct. 10. I GAINED 1 pound. I started the Hcg Diet on Oct. 10 to Nov. 10 and lost 30 pounds and 5 inches off my weight.
