I have tried every diet ever invented and taken every pill without success. I decided to try the Official Hcg Diet because it is made in an FDA Lab in America and it was not overly expensive. I lost 30 pounds in 30 days. I went from busting out of 18s to almost a 14. I do work out 5 days a week, but because I could see the weight loss EVERYDAY, I was motivated. On the days, I work out I eat a whole baked chicken breast for supper so I have the energy. I look like a different person. I have decided to continue the diet from 30 days to 45 days. My husband is a doctor and searched all the medical sites available to him and could not find any evidence that Hcg hurts you in anyway.
