Today is only day 5 of the HCG drops. I am currently at 4 pounds lost. I have tried another brand of the HCG drops from a local health food shop several years ago. While I did have some success there were a few draw backs that I have not encountered so far with these drops. First, I have not had the headaches at the onset of beginning the program. Second, I have not had the energy low as with the previous HCG drops. Thirdly, I have had hunger pains and the cravings. I used HCG to drop 60 ponds inn the last 4 months. I am an overweight guy, who let his body slip into a bad shape. I got up to 384. I used HCG, and ate clean food for the last 3 months. I lift heavy weights so the 500 calorie a day idea was not going to happen. I did however limit my intake to under 1200 a day, with rigorus exercise 5 out of 7 days a week avg.
