This is the best diet product I have ever used. I have now lost 85 pounds. I have done 3 rounds of HCG. The first time I lost 20 pounds and then took a break of 6 months to stabilize, then started a second round where I lost 40 more pounds took another break of 6 months then did round three and lost 25 pounds. I just recently purchased round four because I need to lose another 15 pounds to reach my goal of 100 pounds lost. It wasn’t hard and the drops kept me from being hungry or feeling deprived. It wasn’t necessary to take such long breaks between rounds, but I felt it was best for me. I am now free of diabetes 2, my Lupus in is in remission and my blood pressure is normal. I breath easily and am able to walk and stand for long periods of time and I feel like a new person. By the way, I am over 60 years old and was in very poor physical condition but am very much improved and feeling much healthier and happier. I recommend this plan to anyone who has tried lots of other things that didn’t work at all and really follow the plan to see the wondrous possibilities with a plan that really works.

After listening to a friend for almost a year talk about HCG and the 500 calorie diet, I decided to give it a try. It took me an entire year to try it because I could not get my head past the 500 calories. Knowing me and my eating habits, 500 calories is barely a snack! I have been struggling with losing 10 lbs for YEARS…i started this program and i think it kicked my 53 year old metabolism back in gear! I have the weight off and it has stayed off with little effort. If I have a splurge week-end i just take the drops and eat apples and a serving of protein and it comes right off!
